Executive Response Manager oversees the resolution of customer complaints that have escalated to the highest level within the organization. Acts as a liaison with product/service suppliers to determine validity of complaints and design and implement product or process change to reduce the number of complaints. Being an Executive Response Manager requires a thorough knowledge of the products/services offered and extensive customer service skills. Exercises a large degree individual discretion. Additionally, Executive Response Manager may require a bachelor's degree in area of specialty. Typically reports to a supervisor or manager. To be an Executive Response Manager typically requires 4 to 7 years of related experience. Contributes to moderately complex aspects of a project. Program Manager, Strategic Response Responsibilities:
- Support in proactively managing key priorities and initiatives across the org, including through liaison with colleagues, organizing meetings and follow-up on key issues, and helping to leverage leadership time and attention on critical matters
- Absorb a significant amount of information from a variety of inputs in order to help frame decisions and communicate clear updates.
- Conduct analysis and work with Meta colleagues to prepare background for meetings with key partners (e.g. identify goals and talking points, provide background on attendees, issues, problems or decisions that need to be made)
- Actively collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective prioritization and response to fast-moving issues
Minimum Qualifications:
- 10 years of experience in cross-functional project/program management in a fast-paced environment
- Experience in crisis preparation and response
- Experience shifting priorities while maintaining organization and control
- Experience with confidentiality and using discretion
- Experience leading cross-functional projects
