Meta is seeking a Program Manager on the Strategic Response team to assist with project management on high priority, cross-functional company issues. This position will play a key role in supporting initiatives across the company. Candidates should have a high level of maturity, strong executive presence, and strong judgment in complex high-profile situations
Program Manager, Strategic Response Responsibilities:
- Support in proactively managing key priorities and initiatives across the org, including through liaison with colleagues, organizing meetings and follow-up on key issues, and helping to leverage leadership time and attention on critical matters

Absorb a significant amount of information from a variety of inputs in order to help frame decisions and communicate clear updates.

Conduct analysis and work with Meta colleagues to prepare background for meetings with key partners (e.g. identify goals and talking points, provide background on attendees, issues, problems or decisions that need to be made)

Actively collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective prioritization and response to fast-moving issues
Minimum Qualifications:

10 years of experience in cross-functional project/program management in a fast-paced environment

Experience in crisis preparation and response

Experience shifting priorities while maintaining organization and control

Experience with confidentiality and using discretion

Experience leading cross-functional projects
