Executive Response Manager oversees the resolution of customer complaints that have escalated to the highest level within the organization. Acts as a liaison with product/service suppliers to determine validity of complaints and design and implement product or process change to reduce the number of complaints. Being an Executive Response Manager requires a thorough knowledge of the products/services offered and extensive customer service skills. Exercises a large degree individual discretion. Additionally, Executive Response Manager may require a bachelor's degree in area of specialty. Typically reports to a supervisor or manager. To be an Executive Response Manager typically requires 4 to 7 years of related experience. Contributes to moderately complex aspects of a project.     You are:

    A Cyber Incident Response Consultant who will work under an incident response manager to analyze and respond to incidents from security-relevant events triaged by the T1 team.

    The work:

    • Perform malware analysis and provide recommendations to increase the organizations security posture
    • Collaborate with operations teams and management to investigate security issues and determine true and false positives

    Here's What You Need:

    • U.S. Citizenship required
    • 5 years of Cyber Incident Response experience
    • 2 years experience performing event and log analysis including Intrusion Detection Systems and experience working with Security Information and Event Management (SIEM) solutions
    • 1 year of experience investigating, containing, eradicating, and preventing current and future compromises i.e., implementing or requesting an IP/domain/URL block, file hash block, email purge, software removal, device reimage, etc.

    Other Required Skills:

    • Excellent communication skills
    • Attention to detail
    • Work independently to deliver timely solutions without direct supervision
    • Experience presenting complex technical information to decision makers and leading them through the decision-making process
    • Familiarity with various network and host-based security applications and tools, such as network and host assessment/scanning tools, network and host-based intrusion detection systems, and other security software packages
    • Experience with TCP/IP, common application layer protocols, and packet analysis of the same
    • Experience performing static and dynamic malware analysis
    • Experience with indicators of attack and compromise
    • Familiarity with detection design & engineering concepts to tune detections
    • Familiarity with Windows / Linux architecture and endpoint analysis of the same
    • Familiarity with basic data parsing and analysis tools, i.e., Excel, grep, sed, awk, regex, etc.

    Bonus Points:

    • SANs GIAC Certifications including but not limited to GCED, GCLD, GCIH, GCFA, GREM

    Compensation for roles at Accenture Federal Services varies depending on a wide array of factors including but not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set and level of experience.?As required by local law, Accenture Federal Services provides a reasonable range of compensation for roles that may be hired in California, Colorado, New York City or Washington as set forth below and????

    Role Location: Range of Starting Pay for role?

    California: $95,600-$153,100

    Colorado: $95,600-$132,300

    New York City: $110,700-$153,100

    Washington State: $101,900-$140,800
