Executive Response Specialist provides timely resolutions to customer complaints that have escalated to the highest level within the organization. Coordinates with product/service suppliers and/or contact center staff to research and determine validity of complaints and evaluate options to remedy these complaints. Being an Executive Response Specialist reviews the underlying facts of the complaint, determines an appropriate solution, and delivers the response to the customer. Requires a thorough knowledge of the products/services offered, well developed customer service skills, and clear understanding of the company's policy regarding complaints. Additionally, Executive Response Specialist exercises a large degree individual discretion and judgement. Tracks complaints and makes recommendations to management designed to reduce the number of complaints. May require a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a supervisor or manager. The Executive Response Specialist gains exposure to some of the complex tasks within the job function. Occasionally directed in several aspects of the work.     Position Purpose:

    Provide support to mobile crisis response behavioral health team in the delivery of crisis intervention services to clients and their families and to facilitate the issues of recovery into their daily living situations. Provide continuity of program services in an ethical, legal and moral manner within a safe and therapeutic environment, consistent with applicable regulatory and accreditation standards.

    Job Requirements:

    • GED or High School Diploma
    • Certified Recovery Support Specialist (CRSS) or to be certified within a year.

    • Skilled in behavioral management techniques
    • Ability to coordinate and present lectures for patients, parents and community resources

    Essential Responsibilities:

    1. Work scheduled hours and any additional hours deemed necessary by leadership. Some variation in scheduled hours may be required to meet company needs.
    2. Provide appropriate behavioral interventions and consequences for mental health clients
    3. Implement therapeutic activities and facilitate development of independent living skills.
    4. Consult with other staff members and plan daily therapeutic direction for designated shift.
    5. Facilitate group discussion sessions based on co-occurring issues.
    6. Ability to conceptualize group management from conception to presentation.
    7. Attend all scheduled meetings of staff, such as treatment plan reviews, shift meetings or appropriate committee meetings as designated.
    8. Ensure that client service records including all required documentation is maintained consistent with rules and regulations.
    9. Adequate written skills to accurately complete required documentation within the time frames prescribed.
    10. Facilitate transportation of clients as needed.
    11. Serve as a member of the team, and participate in all team meetings, duties and activities as assigned.
    12. Exhibits actions and makes decisions that align with the Rosecrance Code of Conduct and within the framework of the law.
    13. Perform all responsibilities in compliance with the mission, vision, values, and expectations of Rosecrance.
    14. Demonstrates strong customer service skills that incorporate the 5 tenets of the Rosecrance Way into daily practices and interactions with all stakeholders.
    15. Serve as a role model to others and demonstrate excellent company stewardship.

    Schedule: 8 hour shifts

    • Overnight shift, 11:30pm-8am
    • Tuesday-Saturday

    Work Location: Rosecrance Walnut Street – Champaign, IL

    Pay: Based on education, experience and credentials
