Executive Response Specialist provides timely resolutions to customer complaints that have escalated to the highest level within the organization. Coordinates with product/service suppliers and/or contact center staff to research and determine validity of complaints and evaluate options to remedy these complaints. Being an Executive Response Specialist reviews the underlying facts of the complaint, determines an appropriate solution, and delivers the response to the customer. Requires a thorough knowledge of the products/services offered, well developed customer service skills, and clear understanding of the company's policy regarding complaints. Additionally, Executive Response Specialist exercises a large degree individual discretion and judgement. Tracks complaints and makes recommendations to management designed to reduce the number of complaints. May require a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a supervisor or manager. The Executive Response Specialist gains exposure to some of the complex tasks within the job function. Occasionally directed in several aspects of the work.     Serve as executive assistant to the CEO to increase the time the CEO has available for executive level responsibilities by handling a wide variety of administrative functions, confidential, routine and complex situations. To provide administrative services to the senior leadership team, the board of directors and standing board committees to achieve organizational goals.


    Perform a wide variety of Human Resources functions, including new hire onboarding, HR system/software management, HR reporting compliance, assistance with training programs, and various administrative tasks to support effective and efficient operations of the agency’s Human Resources department.

    Essential Duties

    • Coordinate administrative activities for the office. Oversee daily operations of office services (including purchasing office supplies, facilitating the maintenance of office equipment, and mail distribution) to achieve maximum productivity. 


    • Coordinate CEO calendar, appointments, and meetings. Compose routine correspondence, and review and respond to a broad range of internal and external communications. Provide as-needed administrative support to CEO for various projects and initiatives.  


    • Coordinate logistics, agendas, resources/materials, correspondence for board and standing board committee meetings. Attend meetings and prepare minutes. Attend agency sponsored events requiring board member participation.


    • Provide as-needed administrative support to CEO for various projects and initiatives.  


    • Collect information from program areas and assist with drafting reports to the board of directors. 


    • Prepare/edit documents as needed, obtaining input/approval from the Bishop and General Counsel & Chief of Staff when required.



    • Maintain employee-related databases and personnel records (personnel status updates, terminations, and new hires). Enroll new hires into all applicable software systems. 


    • Recommend updates to personnel policies and aid in the updates to ensure policies are compliant with current law. Partner with senior leadership and managers to communicate human resources policies, procedures, programs, and laws. 


    • Coordinate the flow of job description reviews/revisions and the performance appraisal process. Assist with job description content.


    • Manage all aspects of the talent acquisition for employees using standard recruiting and hiring practices and procedures.


    • Conduct new employee orientations and exit interviews.


    • Assist with the implementation of company safety and health programs and tracking trainings.


    • Prepare employee salary survey data annually.


    • Comply with all existing governmental and labor legal and government reporting requirements including any related to the Equal Employment Opportunity (EEO), the Americans With Disabilities Act (ADA), the Family and Medical Leave Act (FMLA), Employee Retirement Income Security Act (ERISA), Colorado Equal Pay for Equal Work Act (EPEWA), the Department of Labor, Workers’ Compensation, the Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA), and so forth. 



    Requirements

    • High School Diploma or equivalent required; Associates in HR field preferred


    • HR Certification strongly preferred (PHR, SHRM)


    • Minimum of two years of general office / HR experience required.


    • Proficiency with computer software including Microsoft Office suite.


    • Ability to identify and resolve problems in a timely manner. Ability to gather and analyze information.


    • Excellent communication (verbal and written), problem solving, listening, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to manage sensitive and confidential situations form and maintain positive work relationships.



    • Self-directed work style with the ability to work independently, under tight deadlines and shifting priorities.
    • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. 

    Compensation

    The salary range for this position is $45,200 - $56,500. Salary is determined based on the applicant’s incoming skills and experience, and the budget at time of hiring.


    Position Classification

    • Non-Exempt
    • Full Time: 40 hours per week
    • Schedule: Monday - Friday 8:00 am - 5:00 pm
