Executive Response Specialist jobs in Columbus, GA

Executive Response Specialist provides timely resolutions to customer complaints that have escalated to the highest level within the organization. Coordinates with product/service suppliers and/or contact center staff to research and determine validity of complaints and evaluate options to remedy these complaints. Being an Executive Response Specialist reviews the underlying facts of the complaint, determines an appropriate solution, and delivers the response to the customer. Requires a thorough knowledge of the products/services offered, well developed customer service skills, and clear understanding of the company's policy regarding complaints. Additionally, Executive Response Specialist exercises a large degree individual discretion and judgement. Tracks complaints and makes recommendations to management designed to reduce the number of complaints. May require a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a supervisor or manager. The Executive Response Specialist gains exposure to some of the complex tasks within the job function. Occasionally directed in several aspects of the work.   • The Patient Services Representative I-Front Desk is responsible for patient registration, scheduling and triaging clinical calls for multiple practices and facilities.

    ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: To perform this job, an individual must perform each essential function satisfactorily with or without a reasonable accommodation.

    • Greets patients, registering and scheduling as appropriate.
    • Triages and routes clinical calls as appropriate.
    • Assists patients with necessary paperwork as needed.
    • Maintains work area and lobby in neat and orderly manner.
    • Escalates questions/issues to appropriate resources as needed.
    • Meets department productivity standards
    • Maintains an understanding of billing information to assist providers, medical and front desk staff.
    • Maintains an understanding of services provided by Practitioner and location.
    • Maintains accuracy of medical charts, serving as a resource to other front desk staff. Regular and reliable attendance.
    • Perform other duties as assigned.

     

    KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, & ABILITIES:  The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skills and/or abilities required.

     

    Education: High school diploma or equivalent

     

    Experience: 3-5 years customer services experience in a call center, healthcare or retail environment.

     

    Certifications & Licenses: NA

     

    Technology Applications: Computer savvy with ability to navigate between multiple systems simultaneously.  Proficient with Microsoft Applications.

    WORK ENVIRONMENT AND TRAVEL REQUIREMENTS:

    Works in well-lit, ventilated and climate-controlled office environment with routine office equipment; some equipment has moving mechanical parts.

    Noise level in the work environment is typical for an office and/or medical clinic environment.
