Executive Response Specialist provides timely resolutions to customer complaints that have escalated to the highest level within the organization. Coordinates with product/service suppliers and/or contact center staff to research and determine validity of complaints and evaluate options to remedy these complaints. Being an Executive Response Specialist reviews the underlying facts of the complaint, determines an appropriate solution, and delivers the response to the customer. Requires a thorough knowledge of the products/services offered, well developed customer service skills, and clear understanding of the company's policy regarding complaints. Additionally, Executive Response Specialist exercises a large degree individual discretion and judgement. Tracks complaints and makes recommendations to management designed to reduce the number of complaints. May require a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a supervisor or manager. The Executive Response Specialist gains exposure to some of the complex tasks within the job function. Occasionally directed in several aspects of the work.     Job Description

    We are looking for an Electrical Technician to join our dedicated team. As a residential construction electrical technician, your role involves installing, maintaining, and repairing electrical systems in homes. Responsibilities include wiring, fixture installation, troubleshooting electrical issues, ensuring compliance with codes, and collaborating with other construction professionals for successful project completion.

    As a new company, the current position will have substantial administrative duties as well and the candidate must be able to wear multiple hats. The candidate must be able to implement processes and workflows in order to help build a highly efficient company.

    Typical responsibilities of an Electrical Technician include but are not limited to:

    • Installation: Installing and wiring electrical systems in homes, including outlets, circuits, switches, lighting fixtures, and electrical panels, following blueprints and local codes.
    • Troubleshooting and Repairs: Identifying and fixing electrical issues, such as short circuits, faulty wiring, or malfunctioning systems within residential properties.
    • Testing and Inspections: Conducting tests and inspections to ensure the proper functioning and safety of electrical systems, including grounding and circuit integrity checks.
    • Collaboration: Working alongside other construction professionals, such as architects, plumbers, and HVAC technicians, to coordinate installations and resolve overlapping issues.
    • Compliance: Ensuring compliance with electrical codes, safety standards, and regulations during all phases of construction and maintenance.
    • Reading Blueprints: Interpreting and understanding electrical blueprints and technical diagrams to plan and execute installations accurately.
    • Documentation: Maintaining records of electrical work performed, including installations, repairs, and maintenance tasks.
    • Upgrades and Modifications: Assisting with upgrades or modifications to existing electrical systems based on homeowner requirements or evolving technology.
    • Safety Procedures: Adhering to strict safety protocols to create a safe work environment for oneself and others on the construction site.
    • Client Communication: Interacting with homeowners to explain electrical systems, address concerns, and provide guidance on proper usage and maintenance.
    • Continuous Learning: Keeping updated with the latest electrical technologies and methodologies through training and professional development opportunities.
