Your team:
The Two Rivers Correctional Institutions General Services Team is responsible for the care of Adults in Custody and the facilities through food service, physical plant, and other services. Your role is to provide support to the Assistant Superintendent of General Services and the teams that report to them. You will work as the point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, assist with time tracking and leave scheduling, manage an executives calendar, and manage purchasing.

What We Are Looking For
Minimum Qualifications
Three (3) years of clerical/secretarial experience which included:
one year at a full performance level performing typing, word processing, or other generating of documents and lead work responsibility or coordination of office procedures.
Requested Skills in
- Leading a clerical support team
- Ordering supplies using a computerized requisition system
- Managing an executives calendar, setting meetings, balancing priorities
- Microsoft Office
- Working with confidential information, like criminal justice information, health care information, and personal data
- Monitoring spending and tracking a budget
Preference may be given to those with LEDS Certification or experience working in a correctional setting.

Work preformed in an adult make correctional facility including daily contact with Adults in Custody.
Requirements for Employment
You must be able to pass a Criminal Justice Information Systems (CJIS) fingerprint-based background check and maintain CJIS eligibility. Due to CJIS requirements related to system access, the following convictions are likely to result in being disqualified for this position: felony convictions, computer theft, identify theft and fraud. CJIS clearance is done at the conditional job offer.

The salary range listed above is for non-PERS qualifying applicants. PERS qualifying applicants may be eligible for an adjusted range. Also provided are fully paid retirement program, modest life insurance policy, paid holidays, vacation and sick leave.
