Executive Response Specialist provides timely resolutions to customer complaints that have escalated to the highest level within the organization. Coordinates with product/service suppliers and/or contact center staff to research and determine validity of complaints and evaluate options to remedy these complaints. Being an Executive Response Specialist reviews the underlying facts of the complaint, determines an appropriate solution, and delivers the response to the customer. Requires a thorough knowledge of the products/services offered, well developed customer service skills, and clear understanding of the company's policy regarding complaints. Additionally, Executive Response Specialist exercises a large degree individual discretion and judgement. Tracks complaints and makes recommendations to management designed to reduce the number of complaints. May require a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a supervisor or manager. Job Description Summary:
Site Inspectors will visit provider locations in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania to collect data used to establish a company’s compliance with federal regulations. This work is conducted on a part-time, case-volume basis with flexibility relevant to the individual’s schedule. (This is a great opportunity for anyone looking for supplemental income or part time work with flexibility.) Site Inspectors collect information on medical providers and suppliers to determine if the business is operational, meaning the provider has a location and is open to the public for the purpose of providing healthcare related services at the address given.
Duties/Responsibilities:
· Identify and verify site per address provided
· Take 2 to 4 pictures from a smartphone with geolocation app (app to be identified by CES)
· Complete short questionnaire regarding the site based on what is identified to be at the address provided
· Basic Site Visit: takes from 5 to 15 minutes depending on the ease of accessing the location and does not require contact with personnel at the location.

· Reliable transportation

· Strict adherence to deadlines and privacy
Office Equipment:
· Smartphone (with ability to download an identified geo-location app)

· Personnel applying for the positions must pass a background check and complete an online training program prior to being assigned to inspections
