Executive Response Specialist provides timely resolutions to customer complaints that have escalated to the highest level within the organization. Coordinates with product/service suppliers and/or contact center staff to research and determine validity of complaints and evaluate options to remedy these complaints. Being an Executive Response Specialist reviews the underlying facts of the complaint, determines an appropriate solution, and delivers the response to the customer. Requires a thorough knowledge of the products/services offered, well developed customer service skills, and clear understanding of the company's policy regarding complaints. Additionally, Executive Response Specialist exercises a large degree individual discretion and judgement. Tracks complaints and makes recommendations to management designed to reduce the number of complaints. May require a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a supervisor or manager. The Executive Response Specialist gains exposure to some of the complex tasks within the job function. Occasionally directed in several aspects of the work. Annual Salary
Workdays for this position with this TRU unit are: Thursday, Friday, Saturday and Sunday. Hours for this position are 1:30 pm - 12:00 am Shift-diff pay is paid after standard hours.
Applicants who possess a Master's Degree in Social Work will be entitled to a salary incentive of an additional 5%.
On-call positions will receive an additional bonus ranging from $100 to $150 every two weeks, depending on responsibilities.

Job Duties
All New Employees will complete the Child Welfare Core Academy Training Program
Conducts initial interviews into reports of abuse and neglect. Requests documentation from law enforcement, medical providers, etc. Assesses child safety and recommends appropriate level of intervention.
Initiates procedures to remove the child from the home; coordinates activities with law enforcement entities and district attorney's office; provides reports to the courts.
Participates in meetings with Child Safety Meetings (CSM) and other CW programs.
Travel is EXTENSIVE - Must possess a valid driver's license and must maintain required car insurance. State vehicles will be available for use to carry out the duties of the position.
