Executive Response Specialist provides timely resolutions to customer complaints that have escalated to the highest level within the organization. Coordinates with product/service suppliers and/or contact center staff to research and determine validity of complaints and evaluate options to remedy these complaints. Being an Executive Response Specialist reviews the underlying facts of the complaint, determines an appropriate solution, and delivers the response to the customer. Requires a thorough knowledge of the products/services offered, well developed customer service skills, and clear understanding of the company's policy regarding complaints. Additionally, Executive Response Specialist exercises a large degree individual discretion and judgement. Tracks complaints and makes recommendations to management designed to reduce the number of complaints. May require a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a supervisor or manager. The Executive Response Specialist gains exposure to some of the complex tasks within the job function. Occasionally directed in several aspects of the work. Job Title: Service Technician l Level 1
Reports to: Branch Manager
Learning period: 90-days
Must possess a positive attitude, good customer service skills, present a professional image, observe all company safety regulations, follow employee handbook guidelines and policy and procedures.
Essential Duties:
· Maintenance, repair, fueling of Service Customer generators and compressors.
· Preventative maintenance, load bank, and field repairs of 10kW–320kW generators.
· Generator Controls: H Panel, Voltage Regulator.
· Transfer Switch: Diagnostic/repair on all brands.
· Assist Senior Technicians with field service repairs.
· Delivery, pick-up, and set-up of generators, light towers, cable and accessories.
· Working knowledge of D/C and A/C electrical systems
· Working knowledge of Diesel, Natural Gas, LP Vapor engine maintenance, repair and troubleshooting.
· Load bank and NFPA110/Life Safety
Training/Certifications:
· Engine small bore.
· RV, Portable, Air-Cooled Generators.
· Commercial I, II Certifications.
· 1-year FT4 experience or equivalent.
