The Executive Sous Chef will be responsible for assisting the Executive Chef in managing the kitchen and ensuring the highest quality of food is served to guests. The ideal candidate will have a passion for cooking and a strong background in culinary arts.

Responsibilities:

• Assist the Executive Chef in managing the kitchen and ensuring the highest quality of food is served to guests
• Supervise and train kitchen staff
• Ensure all food is prepared in a timely and efficient manner
• Ensure all food is prepared to the highest quality standards
• Assist in menu planning and development
• Ensure all kitchen equipment is properly maintained and in good working order
• Ensure all kitchen areas are kept clean and organized
• Assist in inventory management and ordering of supplies
• Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations

Requirements:

• Proven experience as an Executive Sous Chef or similar role
• Strong knowledge of culinary arts and techniques
• Excellent leadership and communication skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
• High school diploma or equivalent; degree from a culinary school preferred
