nThe Executive Sous Chef responsible for assisting the Executive Chef with day-to-day kitchen operations. This position also assists with maintaining quality food, safety, and sanitation standards in the kitchen. The Chef de Cuisine runs the kitchen when the Executive Chef is not present by managing the kitchen staff and ensuring proper execution of the menu.
