At this iconic club, guests and members are greeted with a beautiful landscape, 2 upscale full service restaurants and world class customer service. They're searching for a talented culinary professional to join their team and continue providing their members with the best experience possible.

We are offering $50,000-$60,000 for qualified candidates with comprehensive health benefits that start on day one, short and long term disability, dining lodging and golf discounts, and bonus included!
Relocation assistance is negotiable for qualified candidates.

Sous Chef Responsibilities:

• Oversee day-to-day culinary operations
• Coordinate food and kitchenware orders
• Check freshness and quality of ingredients
• Assist in the development of menu items
• Standardize recipes and plate presentations
• Work with management to create a memorable experience for guests
• Sanitation regulation
• Manage and train kitchen staff, assess staff performance, scheduling

Sous Chef Qualifications:

• Previous management experience in culinary arts
• Knowledge of cost and labor systems
• Passion for food and cooking techniques
• Strong leadership qualities
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Scratch cooking experience
