Executive Steward oversees staff responsible for the cleanliness of the kitchen(s) or other food preparation areas. Assists in cleaning equipment or food preparation areas as needed. Being an Executive Steward is responsible for inventory control and kitchen equipment, item management. Ensures compliance with federal, state, and local food safety regulations. Additionally, Executive Steward may require a high school diploma or its equivalent. Typically reports to a supervisor or manager. The Executive Steward supervises a small group of para-professional staff in an organization characterized by highly transactional or repetitive processes. Contributes to the development of processes and procedures. To be an Executive Steward typically requires 3 years experience in the related area as an individual contributor.     Schedule: FTE: 1.0, Mon-Fri 8:00AM - 4:30PM PST. Exact hours/shift can be Variable, Day, Hybrid up to 2days/week work from home but will not begin until after probation period

    This position provides a wide range of high-level & complex administrative support to Executive Directors as well as other senior administrators as assigned. Responsibilities include a variety of diverse duties such as managing the calendar and meeting schedule, reviewing and preparing correspondence, reports and presentations and organizing, prioritizing and coordinating workflow. Other responsibilities include the organization, prioritization and coordination of a moderate to high volume of work including confidential information.

    Required qualifications:

    • 5 years Recent administrative work supporting a high level executive within a complex & public facing organization

    • Experience in interaction with range of stakeholders in a public facing organization

    Preferred qualifications:

    • Bachelor's Degree
