We are looking for individuals who are passionate about fitness and enjoy working in a group setting to motivate and inspire our members. As a group exercise instructor, you will lead a variety of classes that promote overall health and wellness.

Responsibilities:

• Plan and lead group exercise classes that are safe, challenging, and engaging
• Provide modifications and progressions for participants of all skill levels
• Create a positive and inclusive environment that fosters community and encourages participation
• Set up and clean up equipment as needed
• Attend required trainings and meetings

Schedule:

• Part-time
• Classes run 45 minutes to 75 minutes
• Varied times per day

Requirements

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to motivate and inspire participants
• Knowledge of proper form and technique for various exercises
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing class needs
