At Discover Strength, we know you want to be an expert in exercise and fitness. In order to do that, you need a work environment that elevates the personal trainer and views them as an allied health professional. The problem is, there are very few places you can work where you are elevated to the level of respect just like a nurse, dentist, or physical therapist which makes you frustrated. We believe that personal trainers are just as impactful as other health care professionals. We understand you want to make a difference in people’s lives while also being viewed as an expert practitioner, which is why we have spent 15 years helping personal trainers become respected professionals.
