Who we are looking for:

We are looking for a motivated individual that can operate our CNC router. This position is not an entry level position and will require previous experience. The ideal candidate will learn our systems of operation and seek to improve them for the best production outcomes.

As a router operator you will be responsible for tasks such as:

• Setting up & managing our routers to perform various jobs
• Establish cutting parameters to achieve maximum quality
• Accurately read blueprints
• Oversee machines while they execute the tasks and makes necessary changes to produce improved results
• Use computer to enter records, track material and control inventory
• Following all proper machine maintenance and safety protocols
• Maintain equipment to ensure proper working conditions
• Measure and verify that the parts produced meet required specs
• Document basic material, production and quality control issues
• Maintaining a clean work environment
• Being on your feet 8 hrs a day
• Being able to lift 20-50lbs daily
• All other duties as assigned

Physical Demands:

• Lift, carry, push and or pull 1 – 50 lbs. frequently.
• Squat/kneel, bend/stoop, crawl, twist/turn, grasp, and reach overhead and

outward frequently.

• Sit, stand, and, walk for 1 – 10 hours per day.
• Work in a fast-paced industrial environment wearing hearing protection, eye

protection, steel-toed shoes, and other appropriate protective clothing.

Starting wage: $17/hr

Schedule: Mon-Fri 8am-5pm w/ 1hr lunch

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $17.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
