Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated Rehabilitation Aide to join our Exercise and Wellness team. As a Rehabilitation Aide, you will play a vital role in supporting the rehabilitation team in providing quality care to our members. We provide In-Home Rehabilitation and Wellness through our exercise and wellness assessments and programs. We serve individuals from all walks of life, different socioeconomic backgrounds, a wide range of ages (18 months - they won't share/can't remember), with a myriad of diagnoses, injuries and/or ailments, who are dealing with difficult circumstances but are looking to respond the best they can and conceivably overcome the situation they find themselves in. Currently we are seeing many individuals who are middle-aged and seniors who are in the Summerlin, Central Las Vegas, North Las Vegas, and Henderson areas. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals interested in the healthcare field and who have a passion for helping others while gaining experience .
Duties
- Providing progressive and safe Exercise and Wellness sessions
- Assist the rehabilitation team in providing quality care and support
- Willingness to learn and grow with the team
- Help members with exercises and sessions as directed by the Exercise and Wellness Director
- Adjust and adapt on the fly
- Set up and clean treatment areas and equipment
- Social Media (Videos/pictures of Exercise and Wellness, brief write-up and posting it)
- Maintain inventory of supplies and equipment
- Clear communication with teammates and team members
- Document member progress and report any concerns to the Exercise & Wellness Director
- Occasional clerical, admin, and marketing assistance
- Provide excellent customer service to patients and their families

- Exercise and Wellness background and interests (kinesiology, exercise science, physical therapy, exercise physiology, health and human performance, occupational therapy, speech therapy, massage therapy, reiki, music therapy, aquatic therapy, equestrian therapy, rehabilitation, wellness, personal training, and much more)
- Understands the hourly commitments of this position and that there will be many opportunities for growth down the line as this position and the team continue to grow and evolve
