Being an Exercise Specialist educates patient and family members on proper techniques for transitioning from a hospital-based fitness program to a safe and effective home exercise program. Typically requires a bachelor's degree in exercise science. Additionally, Exercise Specialist typically reports to a supervisor or manager. In accordance with CPTE’s mission, vision and values, the Clinic Director (CD) leads the day-to-day operations and overall profitability and growth of their assigned clinic(s). The Clinic Director oversees and mentors a high performing and engaged team of front office and clinical staff that consistently delivers best-in-class care, and exceptional patient experience and clinical outcomes. The Clinic Director is also responsible for their own patient caseload and delivers direct patient care. This position reports to the Chief Operating Officer (COO) or other management as directed.
