Key Responsibilities:

• Lead athlete profiling, assessments, and programming for professional/elite athletes.
• Develop and implement training methodologies for extreme environments.
• Conduct reviews of technology and methodologies related to physiological assessments and monitoring.
• Spearhead research and development initiatives, including testing and evaluation in the field of physiology.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to enhance athlete performance.

Qualifications:

• PhD in Exercise Physiology, Kinesiology, or a related field.
• A minimum of 10 years' experience with professional/elite athletes.
• Proven expertise in athlete profiling, assessments, and program development.
• Experience in training methodologies for extreme environments.
• Leadership in technology and methodology reviews.
• Strong background in research and development in exercise physiology.
