JOB SUMMARY
The Junior Graphic Designer will work with the Director, Branding and Creative Services to design and deliver highly innovative and creative solutions for a variety of projects for the organization. This position is responsible for producing work for print, motion, digital, and social media. The candidate must be a self-starter and be able to work on various projects simultaneously, including handling revisions from project managers. Candidates should be familiar with the Adobe suite. Specifically, Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, and Premiere. This is an entry-level role that reports to senior employees. The work environments are an indoor, climate-controlled office environment comprised of cubicles, walled-offices and group conference rooms, an outdoor facility open to the public and surrounded by construction sites, and a museum area currently under construction. The noise level in the office environment is usually low. For the outdoor facility and the museum area, the noise level can be high. There are no protective devices necessary to be worn or utilized in the office work environment. The construction sites require safety equipment (provided for) and are often noisy and dirty. Minimal travel is required.
