We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Junior Project Manager to join our team.

As a Junior Project Manager, you will support the planning, coordination, and execution of projects to ensure successful delivery within scope, time, and budget. You will work closely with the Project Managers and cross-functional teams to drive project success and continuous improvement. This role offers an excellent opportunity for professional growth and development in project management.

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Support the Project Manager’s team in all aspects of project phase
• Locate all show kits/forms required to implement a successful show
• Fill out all required information into our PM software
• Monitor project progress and identify and resolve any issues or risks

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, project management, or a related field is a plus
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Proficiency in project management tools and software
• Proven ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
• Previous trade show experience is a plus

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $40,000.00 - $45,000.00 per year
