This role will work with various business leaders to determine training needs and gaps, then create training courses that will help employees achieve their career goals - all while achieving organizational goals. This position will be responsible for utilizing multiple delivery techniques, such as in-person facilitation, video, virtual, and gamification to meet objectives.
This position is not eligible for hybrid or remote work and will be on-site full time, Monday through Friday.
