· Productivity – Completing all assignments within expected time frames.

· Inventory Control – Reporting labor and materials. Locating and returning tooling and inventory. Receiving, storing and monitoring supplies.
· Housekeeping – Keeping the area and the equipment clean.
· Teamwork – Success depends upon our associates’ ability to collaborate to learn, teach, mentor, produce and improve.
· Maintenance – performing visual inspection and all the routine maintenance of the equipment within y their department and/or immediate area.
· Proficiency – An associate’s skills will be reviewed to ensure they remain active and competent in each.
· Operates lift trucks or hand-trucks to move, convey, or hoist component to or from their work stations.
· Maintains the inventory of the related supplies in a kanban system.
· Other duties may be assigned as required.

CONCLUSION
