Role Overview

Genus PLC is excited to announce an immediate opportunity for a Domestic Distribution Coordinator to join our dynamic team. This full-time role offers competitive pay, comprehensive benefits, and is based out of our Elmira, Ontario facility. The Domestic Distribution Coordinator will play a crucial role in managing our distribution operations, focusing on inventory, storage, and the seamless distribution of orders to our field staff and representatives across the country. The successful candidate will demonstrate a high level of precision, independent decision-making, and exceptional communication skills to provide outstanding customer service and support to our ABS representatives and customers.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Coordinate distribution operations related to inventory and storage of products and ensure efficient order distribution to field staff and representatives nationwide.
• Deliver high-quality customer service to ABS representatives and customers, encompassing accurate, independent decision-making and prompt, precise communication.
• Support customer service in relation to data entry and customer relations.
• Assist in inventory management to optimize company resources concerning our products.
• Ensure efficient execution of all phases of receiving, warehousing, and shipping, meeting all documentation requirements.
• Fulfill ABS Canada orders, manage products and supplies received and ordered, and oversee the management of tanks and dry shippers, including testing and quality control.
• Control inventory of supplies, promotional materials, and distribution necessities.
• Accurately enter all related information into ABS global computer systems.
• Handle liquid nitrogen and adhere to all safety protocols.
• Uphold Genus core values, mission, and vision.
• Acknowledge that the position may require work responsibilities outside of normal business hours and performing other projects and responsibilities as assigned.

Requirements

Basic Qualifications: (required)

• The ability to work up to 40 hours per week (Monday-Friday) is currently required for this role.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Proficient computer skills in a Microsoft Office environment.
• 1-3 years of progressively responsible experience in warehousing and shipping.
• Authorized to work in the United Kingdom without sponsorship.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Agriculture background.
• Bilingual in English and French languages.
• Ability to lift up to 50lbs of weight.
• Must have a valid Ontario Driver's license.
