Evaluates displays to determine effectiveness and identifies potential areas for improvement to ensure display objectives are met. We are looking for a talented and motivated Creative Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will work with our creative and account teams to ensure all creative projects are routed with complete instructions, trafficked to the right individuals, and communicate status updates to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
In addition, you will manage and communicate the creative team calendar to the agency. And lastly, you’ll get to utilize some creativity as you help deliver support for design or content needs.
The ideal candidate for this position has excellent project coordination, organizational and communication skills. You should be able to handle multiple projects at once and work well under pressure.

Note : This is afull-time, on-site rolelocated in Des Moines, Iowa.Works with the Managing Director of Design to ensure projects are assigned correctly based on project scope, individual availability, and scale.
Implements processes and standards that reinforce each client’s branding strategy and enforces quality control.Acts as the liaison with account services to gain clear expectations and a project’s scope.
Ensure optimal supplies and assets are available to complete each task.Manages the departmental calendar to accurately allocate time and responsibilities, and coordinate art production scheduling.
Implements organization for all digital creative assets and upload / download, label, and organize files and folders accordingly both on agency server and cloud storage.
Offers support for providing assets for client social media.Can assist agency producer with the pre-and post-production of all photoshoots and video shoots.
Coordinate with any necessary freelance parties for content production needs.Handles company-wide communication regarding creative team availability.About You
Able to work full-time on location at our home office in downtown Des Moines.A desire to bring value and grow in this position as integral role in the agency.
Proven ability to adapt and anticipate the needs of the creative department.Demonstrated history of teamwork, creativity, and problem solving.
Exceptional communication skills, organizational skills, and ability to meet tight timelines in a fast-paced environment.
Helpful skills include creativity, analytical skills, negotiation skills, and leadership skills.This role may be required to travel approximately 5% of the time.About Us
