Exhibit Display Coordinator jobs in Pittsburgh, PA

Job Summary:

National Convention and Trade Show Contractor located in Pittsburgh, PA is seeking a Display Coordinator. Our ideal candidate will possess a positive attitude and the capability of working in a fast-paced team environment. In this position, you will work closely with the design team to produce and fabricate custom booths in our warehouse as well as track inventory and quality control of product.

Duties:

· Assist with the production and fabrication of modular exhibit booths.

· These booths are easy to build modular systems with fabric or hardwall graphics applications.

· Participate in creative concept meetings with graphics department team.

· Oversee organization and inventory of all display structures, counter tops, accessories, and tools.

· Ability to build units from cad designed instructions.

· Prep, pull, and pack structure, tools, and signage needed for show site builds.

· Some travel to show site to supervise installation and dismantle of exhibits and displays.

Qualifications:
· High school diploma

· Valid Drivers License

· Knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook

· Experience with hands-on building / projects

· General knowledge of hand and power tools
