Assists in coordinating travel and processing expenses & reimbursement
Manages company earnings schedules and pulls research as needed

May be required to split time on different investment floors depending on the need for coverage.
Processes expenses in a timely manner and submits Gifts & Entertainment requests as needed.
Previous experience in a residential or commercial real estate setting would be a plus
BA/BS preferred but not required; relevant experience will be considered.
Previous experience in bookkeeping or collections a plus
Experience in a property management a plus.
