Expatriate Administration Manager manages the human resources aspects of international employee placements. Develops and implements policies and procedures for placing expatriates. Being an Expatriate Administration Manager oversees visa procurement, tax equalization and coordination of housing, benefits, and compensation packages. Works with relocation firms, international agencies, and government officials. Additionally, Expatriate Administration Manager acts as advisor to expatriate administration team regarding projects, tasks, and operations. Requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to head of a unit/department. The Expatriate Administration Manager manages subordinate staff in the day-to-day performance of their jobs. True first level manager. HEDS is searching for a Survey Administration Manager, one of six members of the HEDS Survey Team. HEDS administers over 300 surveys a year to colleges and universities across the country. The Survey Administration Manager oversees timelines, schedules, and communications for all HEDS surveys. The Survey Administration Manager also helps set up, test, and download data from completed surveys. This is a full-time, salaried position. This is primarily an in-person position at the HEDS offices at Wabash College with the possibility of no more than two days per week of remote work with supervisors’ approval.
