Expatriate Administration Manager manages the human resources aspects of international employee placements. Develops and implements policies and procedures for placing expatriates. Being an Expatriate Administration Manager oversees visa procurement, tax equalization and coordination of housing, benefits, and compensation packages. Works with relocation firms, international agencies, and government officials. Additionally, Expatriate Administration Manager acts as advisor to expatriate administration team regarding projects, tasks, and operations. Requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to head of a unit/department. The Expatriate Administration Manager manages subordinate staff in the day-to-day performance of their jobs. True first level manager. Ensures that project/department milestones/goals are met and adhering to approved budgets. Has full authority for personnel actions. Extensive knowledge of department processes. We are looking for a paralegal with a required minimum of two years of experience in probate and trust administration. The candidate must have superior word processing and organizational skills, as well as the ability to multi-task in a dynamic, fast-paced legal environment and must be deadline and detail oriented. This position requires both self-motivation for solo work, as well as working in collaboration with team members, and candidates will need to be comfortable interacting with clients to correspond, call, and meet with clients for a variety of matters. This is a full-time, in-person position; it is not a remote position.
Education: Paralegal Certificate or equivalent is preferred.
