Expatriate Administration Manager manages the human resources aspects of international employee placements. Develops and implements policies and procedures for placing expatriates. Being an Expatriate Administration Manager oversees visa procurement, tax equalization and coordination of housing, benefits, and compensation packages. Works with relocation firms, international agencies, and government officials. Additionally, Expatriate Administration Manager acts as advisor to expatriate administration team regarding projects, tasks, and operations. Requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to head of a unit/department. The Expatriate Administration Manager manages subordinate staff in the day-to-day performance of their jobs. True first level manager. Ensures that project/department milestones/goals are met and adhering to approved budgets. Has full authority for personnel actions. Extensive knowledge of department processes.   • Hours: This is an exempt, salaried position. Office hours are Monday - Thursday, 9:00 am to 5:00 pm and Friday, 9:00 am to 1:00 pm.

    Salary: $67,500 to $77,500 per year

    Education: Bachelor's degree in a business-related field with a minimum of five years of management required.Master's degree in a business-related field with three years of management experience.

    Project Management experience a plus.

    As an Administration Manager, you will:

    • Provide leadership to the CRF Central Business Services team (Administration, Procurement and Training) under the guidance of the Director of Business Services.
    • Ensure administrative operations and projects are completed accurately and in the most timely and efficient manner supported with high quality customer service.
    • Develop and implement process improvements to continually enhance the department's support to the company and the CRF Corporate Office.
    • Manage the projects of the Project Lead, Project Assistants, Procurement, as well as the Training Coordinator.
    • Manage the CRF corporate documents (Business License, CCL, and DHCS applications, Welfare Exemptions, Business Property Taxes, etc.) to ensure that they are tightly aligned with the Executive team.
    • Facilitate in strategy sessions to define project requirements, including organization, planning, development of process improvements, and operational management.

    Additional Qualifications and Skills

    • Managed teams of 5 direct reports
    • Conducted performance evaluations, corrective actions, team meetings, and coaching sessions.
    • Proven ability to lead change, motivate at all levels within the organization and deliver transformational business results
    • Strong knowledge of SharePoint, Learning Management System and CRM database
    • Excellent computer skills with advanced level experience in MS Office - Word, Excel, Outlook and Teams
    • Knowledge in Adobe, Vizio, and Illustrator a plus
    • System skills to facilitate a coordinated database and system process management is essential for this position
    • Impeccable attention to detail is essential, with the ability to work well as a team member
    • Reliable transportation is required to fulfill the essential functions of this position. A valid California driver's license in good standing and proof of insurance are required for employees driving personal vehicles on company business.
    • Ability to pass criminal/background clearance
