Being an Expatriate Administration Manager oversees visa procurement, tax equalization and coordination of housing, benefits, and compensation packages. Works with relocation firms, international agencies, and government officials. Additionally, Expatriate Administration Manager acts as advisor to expatriate administration team regarding projects, tasks, and operations. Requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to head of a unit/department. The Expatriate Administration Manager manages subordinate staff in the day-to-day performance of their jobs. True first level manager. Ensures that project/department milestones/goals are met and adhering to approved budgets. Has full authority for personnel actions. Extensive knowledge of department processes.
