    Requirements:

    • 2-4 years’ experience as a manager
    • Effective communicator in both verbal and written correspondence
    • Experience delivering high standard of customer service
    • Ability to manage multiple delivery timelines or projects and prioritize tasks
    • High level of adaptability with a sense of urgency
    • Attention to detail to support compliance practices and optimize efficiency
    • Experience working with contracts (Public or Private sector)
    • Worked with and supported an Executive Operations Team
    • Wiling to take or has a Project Management Certification

    Team Management: You'll learn the ins and outs of managing a team of 7-10 employees, including effective communication, delegation of tasks, and fostering a collaborative and supportive work environment.

    Project Coordination: Get ready to coordinate with our Project Managers (PMs) to ensure their projects stay on track and within budget. You'll learn how to oversee project timelines, allocate resources effectively, and troubleshoot any issues that may arise.

    Procurement Processes: You'll gain valuable experience in managing procurement processes, from selecting vendors to handling contracts. You'll learn how to negotiate with vendors, evaluate proposals, and ensure compliance with procurement regulations.

    Performance Monitoring: Monitoring project and procurement performance is crucial for continuous improvement. You'll learn how to analyze performance metrics, identify areas for improvement, and suggest strategies to enhance project and procurement efficiency.

    Administrative Support: Finally, you'll provide administrative support to project teams and executives, honing your organizational skills and attention to detail as you assist with scheduling, documentation, and other administrative tasks.

    • Bachelor's degree
    • Previous experience as manager, or assistant manager.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint).

    • In-depth knowledge and experience working with supply chains
