Accounting/Office Administration Requirements

• Must pass background check and drug test and have a valid driver's license.
• High School Diploma Required
• PC Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word
• Prior Accounting and/or Dealership Experience a Plus!

ESSENTIAL DUTIES includes the following. Other duties may be assigned as deemed appropriate by Controller and/or General Manager.

General Accounting Administration

• Coordination of Office Supply order
• Cashier
• Answer phones as needed
• Filing
• Back up team members when needed.
• Miscellaneous duties as assigned.

PHYSICAL DEMANDS

Sitting for long periods of time.

Typically may bend, stoop, lift or carry objects weighting up to 25 pounds.
