This position entails processing information, including but not limited to answering phone calls and responding to emails in a timely manner to resolve customer service issues. The ideal candidate must have a strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office, specifically Outlook, Word, and Excel, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Candidates must possess exceptional interpersonal, customer service, and communication skills. Superior organizational skills and a strong attention to detail are also essential. The ability to work within multiple software and technology platforms is an integral part of this position. Software training will be provided for job-specific applications. Experience with COBRA Point and Employee Navigator is a plus. Candidates must be willing and able to work effectively both independently and as part of a team. Managing and prioritizing multiple tasks, along with taking initiative is critical. Prior experience in health insurance or benefit enrollment is a plus.
