Expatriate Administration Supervisor supervises the human resources aspects of international employee placements. Ensures policies and procedures are followed for placing expatriates. Being an Expatriate Administration Supervisor leads visa procurement, tax equalization and coordination of housing, benefits, and compensation packages. Works with relocation firms, international agencies, and government officials. Additionally, Expatriate Administration Supervisor typically requires a bachelor's degree or equivalent. Typically reports to a manager. The Expatriate Administration Supervisor supervises a group of primarily para-professional level staffs. May also be a level above a supervisor within high volume administrative/ production environments. Makes day-to-day decisions within or for a group/small department. Has some authority for personnel actions. To be an Expatriate Administration Supervisor typically requires 3-5 years experience in the related area as an individual contributor.     What You’ll be Doing

    Do you have a passion for organization and perfecting small details? Are you task oriented and love helping others? In this role, you’ll interact with other team members to research, answer questions and solve problems while performing back office and administrative type functions, related work and special projects as requested. Whether it’s getting answers for internal customers quickly or resolving their issues with a smile, you’ll be the difference between their customer experience being just average or an exceptional one.

     During a Typical Day, You’ll

    • Support the customer service team by dotting the i's and crossing the t's to complete the customer experience
    • Ensure accuracy of data and research to ensure a positive experience
    • May be sending and validating documentation, working in data bases to check information correctness 

    What You Bring to the Role

    • 6 months or more of clerical experience
    • High school diploma or equivalent
    • Recognize, apply and explain your product or service knowledge
    • Computer experience
    • Data entry skills (35 wpm)
