Works with relocation firms, international agencies, and government officials. Additionally, Expatriate Administration Supervisor typically requires a bachelor's degree or equivalent. Typically reports to a manager. The Expatriate Administration Supervisor supervises a group of primarily para-professional level staffs. May also be a level above a supervisor within high volume administrative/ production environments. Makes day-to-day decisions within or for a group/small department. Has some authority for personnel actions. To be an Expatriate Administration Supervisor typically requires 3-5 years experience in the related area as an individual contributor.     A day in the life:

    On any given day at Hampton Roads Pediatric Dentistry you can expect to encounter the following:

    - Working Monday – Friday for a full-time role

    - Arriving at 7:45AM to be ready to go at 8:00AM

    - Working with a driven team of [10] other Dental Professionals

    - Caring for patients who are often scared about their visit to the dentist

    - Working in an office that provides Patient-Centered Care

    - Treating every patient like family

    - Assisting through the appointment process, managing phone calls, and handling paperwork

    - Coordinating with the dental team for smooth office operations

    - Educating Patients, offering post-treatment care instructions, oral hygiene advice, and answering patient questions about procedures

    - Improving daily essential tasks such as checking patients in and out of the practice, taking payments, presenting treatment plans, and facilitating appointments

    - Understanding insurance terminology, such as co-payments, in-network fees, benefit limitations, and percentage coverages

    - Completing Opening and Closing duties as a team
