Summary of Position:
Ensure that all food orders are prepared according to Company guidelines to ensure an extraordinary guest experience.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee all food orders to ensure they are prepared in an accurate and timely manner
- Thorough and accurate knowledge of menu items and specials and orchestrate the efficient delivery of meals to all tables checking for accuracy, presentation and temperature
- Assist with the final preparation of dishes as required
- Ensure orders are being prepared with the correct priority
- Eliminate obstacles in service, food preparation lines or dishwashing
Position Requirements:
- Excellent communication and people skills
- Must be able to work a variety of day, night, weekend, holiday shifts
- Must be a team player capable of working with others in a positive manner
- Possess or obtain ServSafe Certification in accordance with Company policy
- Ability to lift up to 25 lbs. frequently and handle tasks involving bending, twisting and squatting
- Be well organized and have the ability to effectively handle multiple tasks at one time
- Dexterity in using kitchen equipment or utensils and carrying heavy trays
- Majority of shift will be spent on feet in a fast-paced environment, in close proximity to other people
Education and Experience:
Education: High School Diploma or equivalent
Experience: Minimum (1) year in a restaurant establishment
Hourly Associates: $15.50 - $30/Hour
