Growing national distributor of construction supplies is seeking a highly motivated self-starter to complement our inside sales team. We specialize in being the most responsive, dependable, and capable supplier in our field. Our customers repeatedly tell us we provide the best service they receive.
SUMMARY:
The Expeditor role ensures Purchase Orders are received and properly processed by our Vendors, daily, attention to detail is especially important. Much of this information is gathered via incoming email and inputting into our system, there is a component that involves using online access to gather the data, as well as contacting Vendors via phone and/or email. This role is crucial to P&I being Responsive, Dependable, and Capable.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
· Updating our Company software from information received from vendors
· Email / Call Vendors to collect remaining data gaps
QUALIFICATIONS:
The position is full-time, includes health insurance and 401(k) matching program.
20 days per year work from home available after 6-month probationary period.
