As an Expeditor (Expo) at Salvatori’s you will have ultimate responsibility for coordinating activities between servers and kitchen personnel to ensure food orders are prepared and served exactly to specifications in a timely manner. Perform duties in the areas of food and final plate preparation including plating and garnishing of cooked items, preparing appropriate garnishes for all hot menu item plates, and preparing salads and desserts. Acts as the key communication link between the front-of-house staff, the back-of-house team and management to ensure the smooth delivery of meals.
