We are seeking a skilled Line Cook to join our team. As a Line Cook, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking meals according to our menu specifications. Duties:
- Prepare and cook meals according to menu specifications
- Follow recipes and portion control guidelines to ensure consistency
- Assist with menu planning and contribute ideas for new dishes
- Ensure that food is prepared and presented in an appealing manner
- Maintain a clean and organized kitchen area
- Adhere to food safety and sanitation standards
- Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure smooth operations
- Assist with inventory management and stock rotation

Experience:
- Previous experience working in a kitchen or food service environment is preferred
- Knowledge of meal preparation techniques and culinary terminology
- Familiarity with kitchen equipment, such as knives, stoves, ovens, etc.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks
- Understanding of food safety regulations and best practices
