We are an established manufacturing company listed on the NYSE with numerous plants across the country. Currently we are seeking candidates for the position of General Manager for our plant located between Lebanon and Hershey, PA.
Successful candidates should have a minimum of 5 years general/plant management experience. This position requires full P/L responsibility and will be evaluated on the plant growth of profits and sales. Demonstrated success in operational improvement through process and work flow strategies is sought.
