Ute Energy is seeking a dynamic Construction and Operations Manager with a passion for the oil, gas, and energy industry. This multifaceted role demands technical expertise, leadership, and project management to ensure successful project execution and operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
· Oversee construction projects, contractor management, and logistics.
· Develop and assess construction plans, outage coordination, and safety planning.
· Maintain close communication with contractors, report progress and risks.
· Ensure contract compliance and manage proposal development.
· Develop and manage maintenance plans, inspect facilities as needed.
· Manage maintenance contractors and spare parts inventory.
· Assist with storm outage support planning.
· Support project development and manage field survey contractors.
· Assist in permitting activities, collect site and customer information, and contribute to budget and schedule development.
Qualifications:
· Bachelor's degree in a related field (experience considered).
· Expert knowledge of industry standards, electric utility experience.
· Project management experience in utility electric system projects.
· Familiarity with construction management software (preferred).
· Strong team player with excellent communication skills.
