The Compounder is responsible for performing duties associated with the mixing and compounding raw materials, and the proper documentation in the manufacture of premiere vinyl film.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Monitor manufacturing processes for compliance to product specifications
• Inspect, handle and compound raw materials 
• Perform operational checks on the product at the calendar.
• Assist in gathering required materials.

• Assist with scheduled preventative maintenance.
• Assist in production change overs.
• Operate all material handling equipment required for safe calendar operation.
• Accurately complete production reports and logs.
• Ensure inventory control through detailed reporting.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work area.
• Must have basic computer knowledge
• Must be able to operator compound machinery.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS 

High School diploma or GED required (preferred).

Able to carry out written and oral instructions.

English written and verbal communication skills.

Basic computer skills

Possess basic math skills – add, subtract, read tape measure, perform time-based calculations, use calculator.

Works well with others in a team-based atmosphere.
