Mentor and train junior accounting staff, fostering a positive and collaborative team environment.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance; CPA designation is preferred.
Minimum of 2 years of progressive experience in accounting roles, in a senior accounting position.
Strong knowledge of GAAP, financial reporting, and accounting principles.
Proficient in using accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP, or similar).
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with keen attention to detail.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively across departments.
Proven ability to meet deadlines and handle multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
