Duties:
- Develop and implement strategic plans for the maintenance and improvement of our facilities
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the facilities, including maintenance, repairs, and renovations
- Manage facility budgets and ensure cost-effective operations
- Supervise a team of maintenance staff, providing guidance and support as needed
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify facility needs and develop solutions
- Knowledge of State, Federal, and Life Safety Code Regulations.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and safety standards
- Create and maintain documentation such as schematics, manuals, and reports
- Utilize computerized maintenance management systems (CMMS) to track work orders and manage preventive maintenance schedules
- Coordinate with external contractors and vendors for specialized repairs or services
- Fabricate solutions for unique facility challenges
- Troubleshoot issues with equipment, machinery, or systems
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in facility management
Requirements:
- High School Diploma/GED required.
- Pool Maintenance experience (Preferred).
- Trade School Graduate (HVAC, Pool Management, Plumbing, Electrical, General Construction, etc) (Preferred).
- Proven experience in facilities management or related role
- Strong knowledge of building systems, including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, etc.
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team
- Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
