Facilities Director manages the maintenance, construction, repair, and refurbishment operations of one or more facilities or properties. Implements policies and procedures that ensure the optimal functioning of buildings, grounds, and associated equipment. Being a Facilities Director monitors daily building operations of all systems, including mechanical, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, safety, and waste management to ensure reliability. Tracks work orders for quality, adherence to service standards, and budgeted guidelines. Additionally, Facilities Director directs training of managers, supervisors, and employees in best practices for maintenance work, service and safety standards, and local laws and regulations. Oversees vendors or contractors engaged for construction projects. Typically requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a director. The Facilities Director typically manages through subordinate managers and professionals in larger groups of moderate complexity. Provides input to strategic decisions that affect the functional area of responsibility. May give input into developing the budget. To be a Facilities Director typically requires 3+ years of managerial experience. Capable of resolving escalated issues arising from operations and requiring coordination with other departments.     The Behavioral Health Program Director develops and implements the Behavioral Health program. The BHI Program Director provides continuous and comprehensive services necessary for the promotion of optimal mental health, prevention and treatment of psychiatric disorder and health maintenance to adult and/or children in an outpatient setting. This includes the assessment, diagnosis, and management of mental health problems and psychiatric disorders. The BHI Program Director works collaboratively with other on- site medical and mental health providers to integrate Behavioral Health and Medical Services by coordination of primary care screening thus allowing providers to address a spectrum of behavioral health problems.

    QUALIFICATIONS

    • Bachelor’s degree in mental health with two (2) or more year’s management experience.
    • License to practice in the State of Oklahoma.
    • Must be able to travel between sites as needed.
    • Ability to communicate clearly both in writing and verbally with patients, health team and families.
    • Ability to function independently with regards to most clinical decision making.
    • Ability to relate well to both adolescents and adults.

    RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Work collaboratively with a Physician, PA, NP, LCSW, of record to provide comprehensive adult and/or adolescent mental health services to FMFI Behavioral Health patients.
    • Ensures BH program maintains a customer-oriented approach to meeting patient needs in an expedient manner, involving the family in the plan of care as appropriate.
    • Functions as case manager to support patient behavioral health needs and coordinates referrals to specialty behavioral health services outside of practice when necessary.
    • BH program and staff maintain confidentiality and patient privacy.
    • BH program document care provided meeting standards as set by FMFI chart review.
    • Seek consultations as appropriate, act as a consultant as requested.
    • Facilitate the process of ethical decision making as appropriate. Provide supervision to Behavioral Health staff, including oversight of the work and productivity, disciplining, and conducting program development.
    • Performs job duties as appropriate to enhance a productive BH program meeting patients’ needs.
    • Performs all job duties as described, which may be modified by FMFI from time to time at its sole discretion.
