Job Overview:

We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Person to join our team. As a Maintenance Person, you will be responsible for performing a variety of maintenance and repair tasks to ensure the proper functioning of our facilities and equipment. This is a full-time position that offers competitive pay and benefits.

Duties:

- Conduct routine inspections of equipment and facilities to identify any maintenance needs

- Perform repairs and maintenance tasks, such as plumbing, electrical, and HVAC repairs

- Troubleshoot and diagnose issues with equipment and systems

- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities using a CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System)

- Follow safety protocols and ensure compliance with all applicable regulations

- Respond promptly to maintenance requests from staff or management

- Coordinate with external contractors for specialized repairs or installations

- Supervise and train junior maintenance staff

Experience:

- Proficient in English, both written and verbal

- Strong customer service skills to interact with staff and address their maintenance needs

- Mechanical knowledge to perform repairs on various equipment and systems
