Facilities Engineer jobs in Queens Village, NY
Facilities Engineer plans and implements the design of plants, offices, and production lines in order to maximize the use of available space and improve production efficiency. Estimates costs related to layout design, including equipment and materials, labor, etc. and monitors the construction process. Being a Facilities Engineer researches production/processing equipment or fixtures for purchase and gathers data relating to their ability to meet organizational needs. Ensures that established efficiency and safety targets are met. Additionally, Facilities Engineer typically requires a bachelor's degree in engineering. Typically reports to a supervisor or manager. Currently, we are seeking a full-time overnight nursing supervisor. Must be available on weekends and holidays when scheduled. Hourly Rate of pay is $55 per hour plus a $5.00 per hour shift differential for the overnight shift (11pm - 7am)
Cornerstone Treatment Facilities Network is a private, CARF-accredited chemical dependency and rehabilitation treatment facility located in Fresh Meadows, Queens.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Administrative and Clinical Responsibilities for all nursing units within the facility
- Supervise the nursing staff
- Review Nursing Treatment plans and progress notes
- Compose monthly nursing staff schedule
- Maintain interdepartmental communication
- Perform staff nurse duties as necessary
Requirements:
- Must have five years of medical/surgical nursing
- Minimum of three years experience as a supervisor
- Mental Health or Substance Abuse Facility experience preferred
- Must be computer literate
- Licensed by the State of New York as a Registered Nurse
- CPR Certification
