• Completes work orders in a safe and appropriate manner.
• Maintains open communication with production and engineering.
• Identifies and reports opportunities for improvement of PM's.
• Paint, remodel, refurbish areas as needed
• Repair, maintain/monitor all equipment and amenities
• Change of all filters for HVAC/Water as required
• Remove or rearrange furniture for events as needed
• Remove and properly dispose of all recyclable materials
• Change light bulbs, interior and exterior, as needed
• Trash removal and cleaning
• Maintain interior/exterior property
• Floor scrubber operation.
• Observe all company rules and polices, i.e. safety, attendance.
• Performs other work related duties as assigned

• Ability to work well with others in a team environment and on problem solving activities.
• Must be able to flex hours to accommodate production.
• Ability to safely and properly use a wide variety of shop tools such as hand tools, power tools, sanders, drill press, mills, lathe, press break, shear, band saws, MIG welder, pipe threader.
• Ability to safely and properly operate a forklift and crane.
• Physical and visual acuity at a level to effectively perform duties. Be able to stand for long periods of time, sit, bend, squat and kneel. Be able to push or pull at least 50 pounds and be able to safely lift at least 40 pounds. Be able to reach and work over head. Be able to climb and stand on ladders and scaffolding.
• Ability to read, write and do simple math.
• Ability to accurately use measuring equipment.
• High school diploma or GED with post high school vocational training or a combination of training and 3 – 5 years’ experience in a related field. An associate degree from a college or technical school is preferred.
• Must have a valid driver’s license.
• Ability to climb ladders

• Exposure to moderate amount of dust, dirt and noise; ambient air temperature fluctuates.
• Bending at waist, sitting, kneeling, climbing, walking, crouching as job may require
• Ability to work in extreme temperatures
• Working in high noise levels requiring hearing protection
• Working around lubricants, solvents, batteries, cleaning fluids, paints seasonally.
